TBM Racing Hydrospace Sealed Bearing Steering System (Turn Plate Incl.)

We are proud to release our new Sealed Bearing Steering System and Turn Plate for the Hydrospace S4. We adapted our proven bearing design used on the Kawasaki/Yamaha/Polaris steering system to the S4 with a special adapter plate, steering system base and turn plate. The turn plate is designed to accommodate a V-Style bend handlebar rather than the original straight bar which positions you 1" rearward in the tray improving the handling significantly over stock. The rearward position compensates for the nose heavy handling characteristics of the Hydrospace S4. We also used our slotted linkage arm allowing an infinite amount of adjustment for personal preference.
Star Bars are required with this Steering System as the OEM bars will not work

Enhance the look and handling of your Hydrospace S4 with our race bumper kit. High quality rubber and 3M peel and stick adhesive insures a long lasting durable bumper to protect your investment. The bumpers also enhance the handling by reducing the sharp edge of the bond flange which makes the ski corner smoother reducing the edgy feel of the stock handling.

TBM Racing Hydrospace Jettrim Mat Kit
Introducing the biggest improvement you can make to the comfort and feel of your Hydrospace riding tray. We worked with Jettrim to develop the ultimate mat kit to give you more protection and grip and an unmatched visual appeal. We added padding on top of the rail cap to add 1" of overall height and soften the sharp edges of the stock tray making aggressive riding much more comfortable. The side mats include full length lifters to assist in getting this heavy ski over the log jump. The 8 piece kit consists of bottom mat, kicker undermat, freestyle sides, foam side risers and dash. The kit is available in black on black.

Hydrospace Super Scoop
Introducing our Hydrospace Super Scoop Intake Grate. Utilizing our wider primary scoop design similar to our Kawasaki SX-R grate the handling of the Hydrospace is improved by loading the pump more efficiently than the stock grate. Our design loads the pump across the full width of the pump cavity increasing hook up through the turns and in rough water. The rear of our grate is matched to our "Signature Series" ride plate to obtain the least amount of lift at the rear of the ski and reduces drag increasing top speed.

Hydrospace "Klipper Signature Series" Ride Plate You can now own the same TBM Racing Hydrospace Ride Plate that Mike Klippenstein used to win his first Pro Ski World Championship Title in 2007. Our "Klipper Signature Series" ride plate is the same proven design that we have had available since 2006 with the Klipper’s personal tricks to make it even better! A simple yet subtle change is very noticeable when pushing your Hydrospace to its limits. We added four triangular windows in the sides of the plate to allow water to enter and pass over the top of the plate when entering corners giving the ski added grip without sacrificing speed. This is the perfect plate for a Stock, Limited, or GP prepared Hydrospace. Our “Klipper Signature Series Plate” is compatible with our Hydrospace Super Scoop, or the OEM grate.

Rear Sponsons
Just like the popular Kawasaki sponsons, TBM racing has brought the same quality to its new line of performance products for Hydrospace skis. Constructed of 6061-billet aluminum and use stainless steel inserts they come complete with all necessary hardware and instructions. Tim Bushman states, “At first glance these look like a very simple part, but we put extensive hours of testing into every aspect of the sponsons. I guarantee that the knock off’s that will become available will overlook some very critical details.”
