Kawasaki 750/800 Billet Driveline Coupler

Introducing our billet driveline coupler that is significantly lighter and stronger than any other coupler on the market. Our utilization of Solid Works stress analysis assures that our customers get the absolute best quality product that will hold up to the rigors of the high horsepower output of our racing engines. Our coupler has lightening holes that eliminate material where it is not needed for the structural integrity of the part. Uses Kawasaki O.E.M. damper P/N 92075-520.

TBM RACING SUPER PUMP CONE "Pro" (Kawasaki 750/800)

PATENT No. US 7,357,685 B2

Introducing the most revolutionary pump component ever released for the Kawasaki stand ups.   We have turned our dream into reality by designing a component that transforms the inefficient OEM pump into a high performance race pump.   Over two years of development has gone into this design and literally hundreds of prototypes have been tested before we settled on this configuration.   We have increased the hub diameter of the OEM pump, which creates an increase in pump pressure keeping the pump "loaded" in rough water conditions.   The increased efficiency adds amazing acceleration, improved handling and top speed.   The Super Pump Cone is designed to be used with the OEM, Solas Dynafly, or C-75 Skat-Trak impellers in standard, or a 5mm set back.   Installation is as simple as changing an impeller and can be performed with standard tools.   Fits '92-'06 Kawasaki 750/800 stand ups.

*Due to the demands of Pro Racing we have redesigned our Kawasaki Super Pump Cone to increase the strength and offer our riders with the option to "tune" the pump for their particular set up or water conditions.   Included with our "Pro" kit is the Super Pump Cone insert, a tail cone base that seals the pump and three different length tail cone tips.   The tail cone tips can be changed by simply removing one M6 bolt and replacing the tip with a different length to optimize your impeller and nozzle combination.   The short cone works well for Freestyle, Freeride and tight Closed Courses, while the medium and long tail cone works excellent for rough water hook up and amazing top speed.

Note: This is an outstanding alternative to purchasing an expensive aftermarket pump and we have seen amazing results in a Limited class application.

TBM Racing Yamaha Super Pump Cone

Introducing the long awaited Yamaha Super Pump Cone.   As soon as we released the Kawasaki Super Pump Cone Yamaha owners started calling asking if we would design a similar part for the Yamaha, so we did.   Offering the same performance benefits as our Kawasaki Super Pump Cone our Yamaha version will transform your inefficient OEM pump into a high performance large diameter hub race pump.   We have incorporated the new design features of our Kawasaki Super Pump Cone "Pro" into this part as well as one more outstanding feature.   It is not necessary to run a large hub impeller, so there is no need to purchase a new impeller to benefit from our Yamaha Super Pump Cone.   We have designed our Yamaha Super Pump Cone to accommodate any diameter hub impeller.   An OEM, standard aftermarket, or C-75 Magnum impeller will work with this set up.

Three sizes of our interchangeable tail cone tips are included with this kit.   Outstanding for racing, freestyle, or freeride applications.   The Yamaha Super Pump Cone will work on any year Yamaha Super Jet, Wave Blaster, or other Yamaha models that utilize the 144mm pump housing.

TBM Racing Blueprinted Solas Dynafly Impeller (Kawasaki SX-R 800)

We have recommended these impellers for years and use them in every recreational, freestyle and racing ski that we build. We start out with a standard Solas Dynafly impeller and blueprint it to insure the blades are all consistant and pitched to our pre-determined specification. We then machine the hub back 3mm to 5mm depending on set up. Typical gains are 1.5mph - 2mph over a Skat-Trak impeller. Please specify if using our Super Pump Cone or Magnum Pump.

TBM Racing Kawasaki SX-R 800 Ceramic Driveline and Pump Bearings

Give your SX-R 800 the ultimate advantage by installing our Ceramic driveline and pump bearings.   Low friction equals more horsepower by eliminating the drag associated with the cheap OEM roller bearings.   These are a direct replacement bearing and are legal in the Stock, Limited and Open APBA and IJSBA classes.   Our driveline and pump bearings are sold as a 3 piece kit.

Yamaha Super Jet Billet Driveline Coupler

Introducing our Yamaha Super Jet billet driveline coupler that is significantly lighter and stronger than any other coupler on the market. Our utilization of Solid Works stress analysis assures that our customers get the absolute best quality product that will hold up to the rigors of the high horsepower output of our racing engines. Our coupler has lightening holes that eliminate material where it is not needed for the structural integrity of the part.   We designed our Yamaha coupler to accept a Kawasaki driveline damper which is smaller in diameter reducing unnecessary rotating weight and is more vibration absorbent.   Uses Kawasaki O.E.M. damper P/N 92075-520.

Impros/TBM Racing Hooker Impeller for the Yamaha Super Jet or Wave Blaster

With the release of the new 2008 Yamaha Super Jet, Impros designed an impeller for all Yamaha Super Jet owners that utilizes a swirl design and C-75 hub that works excellent with our Super Pump Cone.   The large hub and superior blade design gives Yamaha riders the hook up, acceleration and top speed they desire.   This impeller can be used in 1991 through 2008 Yamaha Super Jets with or without our Super Pump Cone.   Available in a 10/16, 11/17, or 12/18 configuration with 0 - 7mm cut back.
